1. HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY ORDER?
Almost all items in our shop require personalisation. We have included a list of fonts. Feel free to choose one you’d like us to use for your item and leave us a note. Alternatively, if you have a different font in mind, let us know and we will check if we can use it or email us a file with the font to email@example.com
If you have a logo you wish to have engraved on your item, please send us the file to the above email address. Please note that all logos should be in a vector format with one of the following extensions: .ai, .eps, .svg, .cdr.
We can accept an image only if your logo is relatively simple in design and does not include any complex patterns and colours, such as water colour effects.

3. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WOODEN TAGS?
All our tags and labels are made from wood or plywood therefore they should not be kept in wet conditions for long periods of time. If you plan to use our tags on clothing please know that they can be machine washed but be aware that some minimal discolouration may occur, however, the engraving will remain untouched.
4. CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
We are always happy to work on custom orders. If you have a project in mind which requires laser cutting and engraving please get in touch and tell us all about it. If we can do it we will give you a quote and if you’re happy to proceed we’ll create a private listing for you where the order can be finalised.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders are dispatched on the next working day or within two working days, although sometimes in busier periods that time may be extended – this will be specified within the listing. The shipping times are specified above in our shipping policies. Please note that these are only estimates provided by the postal service and sometimes your delivery may be delayed, mostly due to customs, and we sincerely apologise for this in advance.
