When purchasing please upload your design in .jpg, .png or .pdf format. A vector file saved as PDF is preferred as it it will produce a better quality engraving but if you are uploading a .jpg or .png file please ensure that the image is in high resolution and contains only black colour on white background. We may not be able to proceed with your order if your artwork contains colour or is low quality.

Wood is a product of nature, therefore we cannot guarantee any specific shade or colour. Due to the process in which our magnets are made you may notice a specific smell typical to laser cut material. Some customers describe it as ‘campfire’, this is completely normal and usually goes away after a couple of days.
